How much water should be added each time?
Never add more than 80ml of water to ensure it does not exceed the maximum water level. (If the water is added too much, it will directly spray hot water out)
What water should be added to the tank?
It is recommended to distilled water or pure water. DO not add other quids such as aromatherapy essential oil, otherwise it will damage the device creating a safety hazard.
Do burns happen when using the machine?
Place the machine on a flat surface. When using, maintain a safe distance (>25CM) from the nozzle. The steamer may become hot after use. Do not immediately touch or move it with your hands to prevent burns.
Why the steam doesn't coming out?
Check the water reservoir for an adequate water level. Ensure the steamer is properly plugged in and turned on.Wait 2-3 minutes,the steam comes out.Clean the steam outlet to remove any blockages.
Why the steam output is weak or inconsistent?
Check for mineral deposits or build-up in the steamer. Perform regular cleaning and descaling of the device.
