1. ONE AT A TIME
Liquid Powder’s quick-dry formula sets within seconds, so we recommend working on one eye at a time.
2. START WITH A SWIPE
For a sheer wash of color, swipe the wand along your lid to apply a small amount — a little goes a long way.
3. PAT TO BLEND
Blend with your finger using a gentle patting or dabbing motion. You can also use our Shadow Brush to blend.
4. IT'S A BUILD
For a deeper dose of color or to add a different shade, let your first layer dry completely. Apply another thin layer on top and gently blend.
